Exchanges
•Products may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
•The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
•Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is provided.
•Exchanges can be made:
•At the Benini physical store.
•Via courier – subject to prior coordination with our customer service team.
•The first exchange is free of charge. Additional courier services may incur standard delivery fees.
 
Returns & Order Cancellation
•Items may be returned for a refund in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, within 14 days of receipt.
•Conditions for return:
•The item must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.
•Proof of purchase is required.
•Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 business days from the date the returned item is received at our facility.
•As required by law, a cancellation fee of 5% of the item price or ₪100 (whichever is lower) may be deducted from the refund amount.
•Items purchased on sale or promotion are subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase.
 
Non-Returnable Items
•Underwear or personal garments.
•Custom-made or personalized items.
•Items that cannot be verified as unused or unworn.
Shipping
•Delivery Time: Orders are shipped within up to 7 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
•Shipping Cost: Free shipping across Israel.
•Orders are delivered via courier to your doorstep or to a pickup point, as selected during checkout.
•Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (such as strikes, weather conditions, or security restrictions) may occur.
