Entering the Benini website, browsing it and purchasing through it are subject to the following terms and conditions. Operating the website constitutes acceptance of all these terms.

Use of the website
• The website is for personal use only, and not for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
• Illegal use of the website, its contents or the services offered on it is prohibited.

Making purchases
• Purchasing on the website is conditional on entering accurate and up-to-date personal information.
• Each order is subject to final approval by the company and the clearing company.
• Benini reserves the right to cancel or delay orders at its discretion, in which case the customer will be notified.

Prices and payments
• Prices include VAT as required by law, unless otherwise specified.
• Payment by credit card only, a secure clearing system in accordance with the PCI-DSS standard.

Shipping
• Free shipping will be provided for purchases over 250 NIS.
• Delivery time: up to 7 business days.
• You can choose to pick up in person from the store: 38 E’ Bayer, Tel Aviv (Kikar Hamedina), by prior arrangement.

Cancel a transaction and returns

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law:
• A transaction can be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be in its original packaging, unused or defective.
• A refund will be made within 7 business days of returning the item to the company’s warehouse.
• Cancellation fees – up to 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS (whichever is lower).

Intellectual property

All copyrights and intellectual property on the site, including design, images, texts, files and trademarks – are exclusively reserved by Binini. They may not be copied, distributed or used without written permission from the company.

Changes to the Terms

Benini reserves the right to update the Site Policy, Terms of Use or Privacy Policy at any time. An updated version will be posted on the Site and will become effective upon posting.
